GUIDELINES for the graphic design of communications of the type POSTERS – Presentation

Format, content and shipment of the poster

•   The size of the poster should be DIN A0 (841 x 1,189 mm).

•   A common header and footer will be applied to all exhibitors so that the space available for the communication will be 840 mm x 1000 mm .

•   The poster should be one slide/page of PowerPoint only and ready to print. The template is available at the website to made it on.

•   At the subject of the E-mail should be indicated the number of poster.

•   The header and footer of each poster will be inserted by the technical department and will state the poster number and information about the author.

•   We recommend the use of drawings, graphs, photographs, logotypes and other graphic elements to simplify comprehension.

•   The poster will be printed on flat matte photographic paper.

•   Documents with a maximum capacity of 7 Mb may be sent, before 15th June; by E-mail to:

Or by post or courier on a CD, accompanied by a printed copy.

•   Recommendations:
To guarantee the best possible print quality, please use resolutions of at least 150 dpi for images.
